Her dedication and passion to helping people achieve greater success and a more balanced lifestyle was complemented through her work as a Spokesperson for Aquafina (PepsiCo Inc) and her nationwide media tour speaking to the benefits of "Pure Living". Lisa also joined a panel of specialists as Balance TV's leadership expert and was chosen as the Wellness Correspondent for a Good Life Fitness television series airing on The Life Network. A Certified Personal Trainer, Registered Nutrition & Health Specialist, Professionally Trained Co-Active Success Coach, Lisa is recognized by the media as an authority on leadership and overall wellness and as such is an experienced communicator in television, print and radio.
Before becoming an entrepreneur in 1999, Lisa spent 10 years in the corporate sector as Communications Director at The Royal Bank and PR Specialist with Sun Life.
Her experience in television, radio and print coupled with her background in PR and Communications resulted in the 2008 launch of LisaH Media; a publicity firm specializing in creating impactful media opportunities. Having spent almost 10 years coaching clients on career success, Lisa extended her publicity business to include LDH Elite Management, which specializes in creating career advancement opportunities for talent in the entertainment, broadcasting and publishing industry.
